The scope of this site is to provide real time energy and enviromental data from the Kimmeria, Xanthi demo site.
The produced energy (electrical, thermal and cooling) serves the needs of eight (8) student residence buildings with a total capacity of 592 beds, a restaurant with a daily capacity of 398 people and an amphitheater with a monthly attendance of 550 people. The total area of the buildings is 14,820m².
All the buildings and the above-mentioned facilities are located within the privately owned area of the Democritus University of Thrace at the Kimmeria campus in Xanthi.
